For use with 1999 - 2003 Golf TDI, 1997 - 2006 Jetta TDI, 1998 - 2006 New Beetle TDI, & 1997 / 2004 - 2005 Passat TDI. Total Quartz Ineo MC3 also meets Mercedes Benz 229.31 / 229.51 standards and is BMW-LL04 approved. Fuchs Titan GT1 Pro Flex Premium Motor Oil Low SAPS lubricants ,especially developed for Volkswagen, BMW and Mercedes-Benz Group engines, contain a reduced proportion of sulphated ash, phosphorus and sulphur. Formulated with an all-new generation of additives, Titan Gt1 considerably increases the efficiency of anti-pollution systems, particularly Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF): the content of metallic components is reduced, which serves to increase the life span and efficiency of the DPF. Utilizations Titan GT1 satisfies the most difficult conditions of uses (motorway, intense urban circulation...), all seasons. Is appropriated for all styles of driving, in particular sporting and with high mode. Titan GT1 is appropriated for all recent engines (AM 2000 and posterior), multisoupapes, turbocompressed, direct injection, equipped or not with catalyst Titan GT1 fully satisfies new environmental standards and optimizes the anti-pollution systems, in particular the Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF). Titan GT1 satisfies the maintenance plans of the most demanding manufacturers, especially concerning the lengthened draining intervals. Performances Specifications: Standard ACEA 2007 C3 API SM/CF OEM Approval Testing: MERCEDES-BENZ :MB 229.31, MB 229.51 BMW: BMW Long Life 04 VOLKSWAGEN : VW 502.00/505.00/505.01 Clients Benefits Increased longevity of the particulate filters - Reinforces the action of the Diesel Particulate Filter and prolongs its lifespan, by avoiding its early filling (50% less of metal components than traditional technology oil). Respect of the environment - Ensures a better respect of the environment, by ensuring optimum running conditions decreasing pollution and increasing engine return. Protection and optimal cleanliness of the engine Longer draining intervals - Ensures an exceptional engine durability and satisfies the plans of maintenance of the most demanding manufacturers by allowing extra long draining intervals (12,000 to 24,000 Miles - please follow standard draining intervals & instructions), thanks to an exceptional oxidation resistance. The engine oils from Fuchs Petrolub AG are already the first choice for leading European automobile manufacturers: In Germany the worlds largest independent lubricant specialist is the market leader in the Factory Fill sector. This market standing is certainly to a large extent due to the process-orientated development partnership with the automobile manufacturers in co-operation with the companys powers of innovation. With the premium synthetic engine oil TITAN GT1 0W20 for example, Fuchs proves that an environmentally compatible lubricant is not just bio , but also extremely reliable and economical. The new generation environmentally compatible engine oil for all cars with petrol and diesel engines was specifically developed for current vehicles and represents the best engine performance even under extreme conditions and all that with up to 50,000km between oil changes Fuchs TITAN GT1 is an engine oil distinguished by a high level of environmental compatibility. TITAN GT1 reduces the fuel consumption, has an emission-reducing effect, is biodegradable and still meets all demands on low engine wear and long intervals between oil changes. The technical performance of the lubricant is excellent: "TITAN GT1 has an extremely low viscosity along with optimum lubricity. With our premium synthetic engine oil we prove that real high tech qualities and environmental protection do not have to contradict each other", said Rolf Luther, manager of the corporate laboratory at Fuchs Petrolub. The significant reduction of the fuel consumption evident when using TITAN GT1 is both ecologically and economically advantageous. Comprehensive tests by a German automobile manufacturer illustrate that the new engine oil reduces the fuel consumption in a petrol engine by about 6.4 percent in comparison to a conventional SAE 15W-40 engine oil. A fuel saving of up to 3.2 percent was shown when used in modern turbo-charged diesel engines. An important benefit for the customer in times of constantly rising fuel prices But does low viscosity not lead to increased engine wear In order to play it safe here, the wear protection of TITAN GT1 was examined in a radionuclide test. The RNT test is a procedure required for product approval and continually measures wear during operation of the engine. GT1 was noticeable here due to its extremely high reliability and high performance characteristics. The 1.9 litre test engine, a commercial 85 KW engine with pump injection technology (Unit Injector System), remained below the limits of wear for around 1,000 hours. This therefore meets the requirements for intervals between oil changes of up to 50,000km along with optimum viscosity. The premium lubricant in the engine oil product portfolio of Fuchs shows that it is environmentally compatible in many ways: TITAN GT1 does not just save fuel and reduce wear, but also consists to a large part of renewable raw materials, is rapidly biodegradable and works in an emission-reducing way. Its rapid biodegradability (over 80% according to CEC L-33-A-93) in particular is due to the base oils used, which are produced to a large extent from renewable raw materials. In addition there is the environmentally compatible additivation: TITAN GT1 for example is the first zinc-free engine oil on the market There are significant improvements in the primary emissions due to this and the low-evaporation base oil, in turn leading to significantly reduced strain on the modern exhaust treatment systems (catalytic converter, particle filter). The developers succeeded in a reduction in pollutants particularly in particle emission: The engine emission could be reduced by around 30 percent in comparison to conventional premium engine oils. With TITAN GT1, Fuchs has provided an engine oil with outstanding technical performances which greatly exceeds todays technical and ecological specifications. TITAN GT1 meets demands which will only become standards in the future. With this engine oil we show what bio-lubricants are capable of, said Rolf Luther.
